Investment
My pricing starts at $575 for photography and portraiture in-studio. This price covers the session fee as well as a minimum of digital images.
A signed contract and your session fee are required to reserve your session.

Portraits of children are powerful, and can have a large effect on their confidence and sense of belonging. When you hang these images on your wall, you are celebrating your child and creating a visual reminder that your child is special.

You can check out my various session optons and pricing here. After the initial session fee, clients invest anywhere from $375 to $2,000 on extra digital images and/or framing. What you choose to spend is up to you.

Generally, portrait sessions last about 45min, and a benefit of a studio session is that we can make magic any time of day! I am so pleased to offer weekday sessions as well as weekends to satisfy any busy parent’s schedule. Please keep your child's nap time in mind when planning a session!

Studio sessions take place in my studio in Newport Beach. The great thing about a studio session is that we are not reliant on the weather, and can shoot no matter what mother nature has in store for us.

Choosing the right clothing and colors is really going to take your professional portrait to the next level. For family photos, having some kind of cohesive look throughout all your outfits will really make your photos gorgeous and timeless.
I would recommend you choose 2 or 3 colors and then mix and match them between you. This works really well in a studio portrait. Here are a few more tips to remember:
Avoid clothing with logos: They will date the images, and you want lovely, timeless images that can hang on your walls for years to come and not look dated. Also avoid any sports shirts that are performance style.
Stay away from busy patterns and loud colors (i.e., neon): The focus should be on you and your family. Muted and neutral colors are best (navy, cream, gray, light pink, olive green, etc.). Different textures like lace, cable knit, chambray, and wool add a layer of interest to the portraits and always photograph beautifully.
Make sure you are comfortable: You will sometimes be required to sit on the floor, so you need to make sure you can do that comfortably in what you are wearing. And try to make sure your clothes are wrinkle-free!

You will receive a gallery of approximately 40+ images to select from. These are your memories, I promise to capture them fully.

My average turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date of your session. You will receive a gallery link via email and begin the final image selection process. All images will be watermarked until final edits have been processed.

Not really - however my mini sessions are the only events in which my pricing is lower. I offer mini-sessions a few times a year.

If you or your child are showing symptoms of any illness, please contact me to reschedule your session. Your deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to a future date if you need to reschedule.
